Thank you for shopping with Fragrance Atelier. Every order is carefully packaged so your fragrances arrive safely.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM Eastern Time are processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We ship to all 50 states.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date your order ships. Standard shipping transit times are 1-6 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout. To change it, email us at admin@fragranceatlier.com within 2 hours of placing your order. We can't change addresses after an order has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or leaking, email us at admin@fragranceatelier.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

If your tracking hasn't updated in 3 business days, or your package shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll help track it down.
