A few things to note.

Are your fragrances authentic?

Yes. Every fragrance we sell comes directly from the house that made it, sealed and unopened. We don't buy from the grey market or third-party resellers.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Orders placed before 2 PM Eastern Time ship the same business day. Standard delivery takes 1-6 business days, with expedited options available at checkout.

Can I try a fragrance before buying a full bottle?

Yes. Many of our houses offer discovery sets, which bring together several fragrances in small sizes so you can spend time with each. A wider sampling program is on the way.

How do I choose a fragrance without smelling it first?

Start with the olfactive families you already know you like, then read the notes listed on each product page. If you're unsure, email hello@fragranceatelier.com and we'll happily make a recommendation.
